Russia and the White House

I published this on the Yabberz site Months ago. I just thought it needed re-posting here.

I went to a grade school in Seattle named John B Allen. It had and still does to this day an air raid siren mounted high atop a tower in its northwest playground's corner. We used to hear it every now and then growing up, a ominous reminder to the past and an even scarier one to what its future soundings would mean. It was the Cold War and during those times before internet and instant everything its roar could start at any time. Those sounds would mean we would have just a few seconds or just a few minutes left to live, it would mean Russia would be nuking us. Yes, even as a five year old kids we knew what was in store for us, we were scared, we didn't understand this stuff.
Russia was the big bad enemy growing up, and yes I will admit there will always be a certain affinity for mistrust when it comes down to dealings with that country and its leaders. It is at times like this when all the chips are on the table though that their operations have less cover than normal. It also paints a disturbing picture of the Presidential race and the players and powers involved in this little game of personal integrity we think we play. If a simple cook from Seattle can put this together, however wrong it might be, it makes one wonder what if, when I am done it all makes sense? Yes, a conspiracy to rule the White House from the Kremlin.
There was a reason I started this off during the Cold War. In my heart I never really thought it ended. There were too many deep cuts and festering wounds. Besides, I grew up with John Wayne and all of those types, guys like these two just don't call it good an let it be that.
The world, and us specifically didn't want to have to bail out this country gone backwards. Russia was well behind us and many other countries and their isolationism wasn't helping them. When they found out about the powers and corruptions of opening their markets, we went straight to work. Corruption is universal and within years their versions of mafia's and gangs ruled well ahead of the politicians. It was and is still a very old west mentality and there is no Calvary unless you pay for it. Now all of this is a grossly over simplification, but it really isn't too complicated on the face of it anyways.
The Breakup of the old USSR into smaller satellite countries was not an easy task. It would allow those smaller countries to get their regional economies together and thus create a larger pile to work from. Well greed and animosity are universal too, those locals didn't want to create that larger economy really. They liked it on their own, when Russia balked at that, we helped out those smaller countries, not them. Now it's pay back time and they are using statecraft, old KGB tactics and new ones to steer the karma bus right towards ourselves.
There were many intermediate paths for the Soviet superpower; the empire could have been sustained in a modified form for a number of years, if not decades.
We have been playing cat and mouse with them for years. Never allowing them to quite coalesce into a Superpower again. As we keep on doing this it erodes our ability to keep allies, even "frienemies."
To catch up with more recent events though, our interference in Chechnya and the Ukraine didn't sit too well at all, it was just another blow to the pride and ego of a man who is strikingly similar to Trump, Mr. Putin, the self anointed King of the Soviets. Syria allowed the Russians into the Middle East for the first time in over 40 years. So there is no debating that they will stay and do all they can to keep themselves there.
The real ramp up of the New Ice War began though about six years ago. When the simple act of a warming Earth opened Russia's eyes to a very large and attainable vision. When the Arctic ice receded enough to make its mineral and oil wealth cost effective and Russia was seemingly the only country poised to take advantage of it.
Since then we have been getting bumped about and more noticeably Russia is spending money on military like never before.
Russia spent a higher proportion of its wealth on arms than the US last year for the first time in more than a decade, according to figures published on Monday by a leading international research body that highlights Moscow's resurgent military ambition as it confronts the west over Ukraine.
They have been challenging our ships at sea at an alarming rate and have been buzzing our airways with bombers again like never before. These guys have been showing that they will do something if they feel the need to. We have filed a formal protest over them as well recently.
This collective thinking that we are in a safe spot, far away from trouble is absurd anymore. I am sure they will read this as easily as you can. This whole ideal that we have friends that are there for us, isn't quite what it may seem. With our political outlook looking very different than it did even ten years ago, the Russians and Israelis have grown closer than ever before.
When the Clinton campaign mentioned the e-mail hack of the DNC the lights went on again. The hackers were almost doing it openly, using techniques and markers that define that it is a Russian, not Ukrainian group responsible. As well as leaving identifiers that it was Russian Government actions, not idealistic hackers.
Putin will do anything to get back at us and get his beloved Mother Country back on top. He would rather do it bloodlessly, but not necessarily in a nice manner. When you do a hostile takeover of another company, it is considered a bloodless coup. That won't happen here unless he has more help. His plan is pretty clear at this point. Getting the manufacturing base in China on board and destroying the West through economic and political means. They were going to get into the show. Seeing this Israel was going to get into the play too. Right now right here, right at our most vulnerable. We are loose as a goose and fighting each other blind to all this around us. Perfect for a taking.
Both the Sanders and Trump campaigns have people with deeper Russian Ties than you would expect. The Secret Service announced it would not like to give Manafort briefings on security matters either. The Israeli's invented the word and the concept of sleeper cell.
Now all of this may sound like a bunch of coincidences and the world is such a fair, fair place. I may just be out of my mind and this is all a nightmare of some kind. The RNC changed its platform to include some very specific language in it that is most disturbing. The fact that it was changed to reflect not only missile defenses but the Israeli - Palestinian one as well is very concerning.
If I am right, we are either looking at a complete collapse of the West being formatted here and a new global economy and superpowers based solely out of the East. It all adds up that they would all want a piece of this election. Trump is blatantly calling it out with his NATO talk and his stances on everything the Kremlin would like to have done. If we don't wake up to a simple fact that we have not overcome communism. We just gave it superpowers when we let it at our markets and our blood, sweat and tears. As much as I would love to be wrong on all of this, which I more than likely am. Just even part of it being true scares the crud out of me and I needed to say something. Indeed Russia, China and all the rest are involved in this election. So please add that to your list of "principles." Thanks

America - I'm Lovin' It!

Welcome to America.... Can I take Your Order? As this week begins, I am reminded again that the events and results from the previous year are trying to push themselves into this one. We are just short of that time when we permanently scar the buttocks of the nation with an asterisk and a question mark. When we hand over the government to those who wish to erode it away. Globalism made to order for a few, the people still a commodity being traded away in the most covert and overt of manners. I have written about the outright antagonism that the Russians have engaged in, the voting and manipulation of the American psyche. Breaking in to C-Span, dogging our cyber security and basically just laughing at us, we apparently are not going to do anything. There are others involved in this as well including our pals the Israelis, if there was a closer tie to another Super Power in this world we would be closer to China, but the Russians are working on them as well, so here we are....

The Ghost and Sunday Morning

I know what my previous post said, I wrote it. I may have to re-evaluate everything after the events of Sunday morning though.   In my meditations and prayers I am trying to find what my higher power is trying to tell me. I think that is a pretty common endeavor enough. I believe he sent a hammer this time to drive the point through to me. He sent it through my oldest friend on this planet, and it is scaring me to my very core.    Throughout my life I have had a "best friend" his name is Mike. I met him when we were just kids about two or three, I just remember him always being there. He had two brothers and I had all of my family, but since my brothers were so much older he was kind of like one too. Mike was always the kid that did the exciting stuff, his dad had guns, they scuba dived, they had boats. Now they were not well off in any manner, they just did this stuff. He was the tough kid and I was the big kid, so we kind of meshed together well. We were in cub...

Ways to Light Within

There are always going to be questions, always a wondering why. There is evidence more and more that the brain is like a muscle and gets stronger and more capable with use. It is even better it seems when examining why the brain goes places where the light and darkness of a day begins.   The shadow of the projectionist is one way I have described it. The thought before the thought, the spark out of millions that create the fire. Like why I am trying to write this as they are splitting logs with a noisy machine less than 20 feet from my desk?   I don't know appears to be the thought of the day and there is so much room for it. As my desk is vibrating from the machine's motor my thoughts are jiggling around in there like jumping beans. In that controlled quantum like state of the fizzing of soda bubbles I find the peace in not knowing. Knowing is not a friend all of the time, in fact, knowing screws us all up. Knowing gives us a choice and a lot of the time we put that...
